Nurses and other healthcare workers are knowledgeable regarding the importance of health-promoting activities such as healthy eating, physical exercise, managing stress, sleep hygiene, and maintaining healthy relationships, this knowledge is not enough to translate into nurses’ self-care. 1) Healthy diet 

It provides the body with essential nutrition. Vegetables, fruits, nuts and whole grains are crucial. Healthy fats like omega-3 fatty acids in fish are also good for the heart. You have to Stay away from red and processed meats, sugary beverages, trans fat and sodium. A healthy diet is always essential for good health and nutrition.

2) Healthy physical activity

Physical activity or exercise improves your health and reduces the risk of developing several diseases like type 2 diabetes, cancer and cardiovascular disease.
