Role Overview
The German Tutor will be responsible for delivering high-quality, interactive, and structured German language classes up to B2 certification level. The role requires strong command over the language, familiarity with international standards (Goethe, TELC), and the ability to prepare students for examinations, interviews, and real-world communication.
Key Responsibilities
Classroom Teaching
- Conduct offline classroom sessions for A1–B2 levels (C1 would be good to have) following standardized curriculum and academy guidelines.
- Deliver lessons focusing on speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
- Prepare students for Goethe/ÖSD/TELC examinations with mock tests, practice papers, and exam strategies.
- Provide individualized attention to learners with varying proficiency levels.
Curriculum & Lesson Planning
- Create lesson plans, worksheets, interactive activities, and real-life scenarios for effective learning.
- Update and enhance teaching materials for better student engagement.
- Maintain academic discipline and ensure timely completion of syllabi.
Student Assessment & Progress Tracking
- Conduct periodic assessments, quizzes, and oral tests to evaluate student progress.
- Share feedback with students and parents, recommending improvement plans.
- Maintain attendance records, performance reports, and exam readiness tracking.
Classroom Management
- Ensure a positive, safe, and motivating learning environment.
- Manage batch schedules, adjust lesson flow, and handle classroom queries.
Academic Support
- Guide students on exam registration, documentation, and exam-day preparation.
- Support cultural learning through German traditions, vocabulary-building activities, and language immersion exercises.
Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with the academic team regarding schedules, study materials, and student progress.
- Report class updates and batch performance to the Centre Head/Academic Coordinator.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in German language (BA/MA in German preferred).
- Certification in German language up to B2 level (C1- Good to have. Goethe/ÖSD/TELC).
- Experience in teaching German, preferably in an offline/classroom setup.
- Strong command over grammar, vocabulary, and exam patterns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple batches and diverse learners.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Course Advisors
Role Overview
The Course Advisor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the enrollment process, achieving monthly sales targets, and maintaining accurate lead data in the CRM. The role requires strong communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to build trust with students and parents.
Key Responsibilities
- Student Counselling & Conversion
- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries from prospective students.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses and learning pathways.
- Conduct telephonic, virtual, and in-person counselling sessions.
- Follow a structured admissions/sales funnel to achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
- Sales Target Achievement
- Meet or exceed assigned sales/enrollment targets.
- Proactively follow up with leads to maximize conversions.
- Maintain high conversion ratios through effective pitching and relationship building.
- CRM Management (Preferred Experience: HubSpot / Odoo / Zoho)
- Update and track all leads, interactions, follow-ups, and statuses in the CRM.
- Ensure data accuracy, timely follow-ups, and proper task management.
- Generate basic CRM reports to monitor KPIs like lead stage, conversion %, and follow-up status.
- Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with academic teams regarding batch schedules, course details, and student queries.
- Maintain daily/weekly sales reports and share updates with management.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
- 1–4 years of experience in sales, course counselling, or academic advising.
- Prior experience in an education academy / training institute is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of CRM tools (HubSpot / Odoo / Zoho).
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Strong follow-up skills and customer-first attitude.
